This is a picture of my brother Keith and his one year old daughter Lillian taken at the beginning of May. You can find Lillian's blog (written by her mommy-Darcy) in the right hand column under a slideshow named clouds. This picture is pretty funny- she's definitely growing up quickly. I wonder how it weights on Keith and Darcy's heart knowing that daddy is in Iraq (again) and is missing out on crucial moments in their daughters developmental life. . .
I will be sending him a care package in a the next weeks to include sun screen, dvd's, coffee, jerky and small items he can give to children he encounters. If you're interested in including anything in the care package, let me know.
I'm currently stuck to a five foot usb cord that's lovingly connecting me to the internets.
Something's wrong with my router again and I cannot wait until my hunky internet guy comes over to reset my network *again.
Le sigh... I hate being static with my top because now I'm limited to doing stuff online on my coffee table only.
I've begun to plant basil once again. I have never done it before- but a day by day shot of the seedlings would be a fun things to do... stand by
