August's end has presented historical and emotionally-packed moments. Speeches by MLK in 1963 and hurricane Katrina anniversaries revisted. Friend's traveling out of town; kicking booty left and right I'm brought back to the deep feeling that I should still relocate to Louisiana to volunteer for a good period of time. I'm thankful for those speak out; and really listen. I didn't work today- rather I caught up on the things that make me happy: -producing art -researching new topics (geochaching, smart dust and the 'scablands') -gardening -fantasizing about payday purchases -planning parties and menus to compliment the long and wet winters ahead -daydreaming of mr. right coworking (google link) has again been on my mind. YAY i'm excited to report that Office Nomads is located very close to my regular haunts. which means... i'll finally motivate my ass to walk through their doors and meet the colorful staff. Ah, new perspectives, people and energy. excited! Trip Advisor! do you use it? it's your friend
FOOTBALL in ten minutes UW plays tomorrow. Horray for football season. the stadium is curretly empty minutes before the game. driving down there and picking up a cheap seat seems like a plausible idea.
